Thank you for taking the time to fill out our application. It is our goal to provide financial assistance to Wadsworth High School seniors who plan to attend college, post-secondary, or a training program and have at least average grades, a sound work ethic, and financial need. We ask that you be specific and honest as you complete the ENTIRE scholarship application.

Users must return to the form using the same device and browser as they visited the form with initially, or the saved information in the application will not be present. This SAVE feature works by storing the data in the local browser’s storage, so if a user is deleting stored browser data, the saved information will also be lost. The best plan is to have your information with you and complete as much of the application as you can in one sitting.

*Scholarship applications will be evaluated by the trustees of the Scholarship Foundation of Wadsworth, and finalists for consideration will be asked to attend an interview in March or April. At that time, finalists will be required to produce documentation of their FAFSA EFC number (expected family contribution). Please make your parents aware of this so that they may complete the FAFSA in a timely manner. The FAFSA e-mail notification is sufficient proof.
